Rental house in Cancale
The lodging of the Fisherman's House welcomes you in the center of Cancale, near the museum. You will benefit from its proximity to the shops Baker, Butcher, Pharmacy, Supermarket, Doctor, etc ... And the market every Sunday morning. In summer, a summer market is held on Thursday evenings.
The sea is less than 1 km walk and the port about 1.5 km. The House of the fisherman seduce you with its warm and friendly atmosphere on two levels.

RATES 2015
Off season: from the last week of September to March 30 outside school holidays. € 310 a week.
Middle season: April, May, June and the first 3 weeks of September out € 350 per week.
School holidays : Easter, Christmas, Halloween and February 350 € week.
Season: first week of July and last week of August € 430 the week
High season : from the second week of July to the third week of August € 460.
Week-end and short stay : October to March 1st night € 100 2 nights € 130, € 195 for 3 nights and 4 nights € 260 for 3 people.
Electricity, water and heating are included in our prices.
DEPOSIT 30% ON BOOKING
GUARANTEE 200 € (refundable less any damage)
TAXES rate in effect for the town of Cancale per day per person (free for under 13)
